The College of Engineering & Computer Science currently offers four internet-based graduate programs: Automotive Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Engineering Management. To maintain standards of academic excellence, online courses are offered during the same semester as their campus-based counterparts and are taught by the faculty members who instruct the live versions of each course. The convenience of completing a single course or an entire degree program-at home, from the office, or while traveling-by using distance learning technologies, provides unlimited flexibility for students with demanding work or personal schedules.

Online courses are offered via the internet and utilize video with audio, text and graphics. Students learn from instructors who are subject matter experts. They attend class whenever and wherever they want. They interact with their instructors and with fellow students synchronously (in real time) and asynchronously (unlimited by time constraints) from personal computers through chatrooms and threaded discussions. Best of all, it will be possible to complete an entire online graduate degree program within two or three years.
